Beta User Agreement

The articleOne platform ("Platform") is in beta. By creating an account and using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• The Platform is currently in ongoing development
• You understand that Manitou Research Inc. is offering a significant discount on the Platform in exchange for your feedback (via the feedback form) and participation in the beta program for a limited period of time
• There may be bugs, errors, and other issues that may affect your use of the Platform, including the accuracy of the content generated by the Platform
• There may be changes to the Platform at any time without notice
• Due to events both within and beyond our control, data loss may occur, including chat histories, preferences, PolicyStream or other configurations, and other data
• There may be downtime and other interruptions, including for maintenance, updates, and other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any downtime is minimized, but we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times.
• Planned maintenance will typically occur between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM Eastern Time on weekdays, or 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM Eastern Time on weekends
• There may be changes to this Beta User Agreement at any time without notice, which will be reflected on this page without additional notification to you
